RAW Essentials is currently located in Virginia, and because our product is perishable and shelf life is short we are do not offer shipping at this time. We do deliver to customers in northern VA, MD, and DC.

We are working on safe and sustainable and cost effective packaging. We expect this to become a reality soon, so that we can share our delightful product with the world. .

REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at http://www.appleraw.com operated by RAW Essentials LLC. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked.

You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

NOTE

This is a RAW product and is NOT Pasteurized, so the fermentation process and the product must refrigerate. The longer you keep our product pressure builds because of the fermentation process and prolonged exposure to varying temperatures will cause the bottle to break. RAW Essentials LLC is not responsible for damages caused by spillage or breakage. Opening the product once daily will release this pressure.

Also note this product has a 15 day shelf life and will spoil. No Refund will be issued for spoiled products kept more than 15 days.
